Our vacation properties are divided into two areas of Ambergris Caye. South of San Pedro Town or North of San Pedro Town. All properties to the South OF San Pedro are accessible by taxi, bicycle, golf cart or walking. The properties to the North are separated from town by a natural cut in our island referred to as the Boca del Rio.

There is a small hand pulled ferry that crosses 24 hours a day. The ferry holds bicycles, golf carts and pedestrians. There are no automobiles north of the Boca del Rio.

Most of the north Ambergris Caye home rentals are accessible by the sand access road that runs behind them. All of the properties are accessible by water taxis.

North Palms

Palm House: 3-bedroom, 3-bath beach front home with optional fourth bedroom. The two master bedrooms in the main house have queen sized beds and the third has two single beds which can convert to a king.

The optional fourth bedroom is an apartment within the house with a separate, outside entrance. It is a one bedroom, one bath with a small kitchen and living area. It has a queen sized bed. All bedrooms are air conditioned.
There is a small fresh water pool overlooking the Caribbean Sea. The Palm House is located 2 miles south of San Pedro. Transportation to and from the San Pedro airstrip and daily maid service is included.
Cook services available upon request. The optional fourth bedroom will not be available to anyone during your stay if you are not using it.

Casa Coral: Spectacular, new third floor, beachfront apartment with three bedrooms and two baths. Master bedroom has a king sized bed, second bedroom has a single bed and third bedroom has a set of single sized bunk beds. The apartment is equipped with portable air mattresses for additional guests. Beautiful full kitchen, dining and living area, cable TV and air conditioning in the master bedroom. Wireless, high-speed internet access is available for laptops equipped with a wireless card.

Private, rooftop deck with a panoramic view, table and chairs to watch the sunrise, sunset, sunbathing or stargazing. This private, yet convenient property is located on the north edge of town, within walking distance of San Pedro Town. Transportation to and from the San Pedro Airstrip to Casa Coral and maid service every other day is included.

Stella di Mare': This beautiful, newly remodeled home is located approximately four miles north of San Pedro, walking distance to Journey's End Resort. The lower level has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, the other has two double beds, and one bath. The kitchen, dining and family room are also on the first level.

The second level has two bedrooms, each with their own bath. One bedroom has a king sized bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed. All four bedrooms are air conditioned. The upper level bedrooms are separated by a living area that opens out to the seaside veranda.
The roof top which is perfect for parties or sunbathing has a Jacuzzi tub, thatched palapa and panoramic views of the barrier reef as well as sunsets on the west side of the island.

The entire house can be rented as a four bedroom or the lower level two bedrooms can be rented separately for smaller groups. Lower level option also includes the roof top.

There are caretakers who live on the premises who provide you with daily maid service. The house is fully furnished and has satellite tv, stereo and telephone. Transportation to and from the San Pedro Airstrip is also included.

Los Encantos: Four beautiful, private villas located 4 1/2 miles north of San Pedro Town. Currently there are only three on the rental market. Villa 2 is a two bedroom, three bath with king beds in each bedroom.

Villa 3 is a three bedroom, three bath with two king beds and two queen beds. It also has a separate apartment attached to the house that has a queen bed, living area, bath and full kitchen making it four bedrooms if desired. Villa 4 is a three bedroom with two queens and two single beds and a total of four baths. Each villa has VCR, stereo, AC and phone. Villa 2 and Villa 4 have satellite television.
Los Encantos has a beautiful pool and private dock with a thatched palapa. They are within walking distance of three resorts for dining and other activities.
