is located directly on the beach facing the ocean, with at least
1,200-to 1,400-square feet of space. Each is fully equipped for
island living with full kitchen, air-conditioning, and satellite
television. The on-site Gaz Cooper’s Dive Belize provides exclusive
diving services to guests. Operating only two dive boats, this resort’s
focus is on small dive groups, and no boat leaves with more than
six to eight divers.

is the island’s only exclusive Penthouse, offering over 7,500-square-feet
of space, excellent for families or groups of diving buddies. The
