= ITINERARY =

Arrive Belize & Transfer to Caye Caulker 2 Nights

DAY 1

Arrive and Taxi Tour Belize City to the Water Taxi Station,. Time permitting, ask driver to give you a 20 or 30 minute tour of the "City". See the Swing Bridge, Supreme Court Building, Cathedral etc. Get a feeling for Belize. "Water Taxi" to the Caye is 50 minutes and $7.50. After check-in, walk some of this Island Fishing Village of 780 people. Stay overnight in Caye Caulker Beach House or Seaside Cabanas.

DAY 2 - Manatee Experience

9am - 4pm; Adventure to unknown Manatee colonies. Share the world with these friendly creatures. On the return, stop at Goff's Caye or check out the dolphins on the back side of Turneffe Island. Maybe you can see them turn over a lobster traps to 'free' the lobster and catch it for a quick meal. On the return, stop at Sargeants Caye or another island. While you snorkel, observe the colorful fish and interesting coral. Your Captain or one of his mates will prepare the Belizean Picnic Lunch (typically Chicken Rice, Beans, Salad) on a deserted tropical islands. Sodas & Ice provided. Next you normally do a snorkel visit to 'Shark Alley' & 'Stingray Village'. B.Y.O.B. o/n Caye Caulker

DAY 3 - FREE DAY, o/n Caye Caulker

DAY 4 - Transfer to Belize City by Water Taxi. Get picked up and transfer to Mopan River Resort, Cayo District.

Day 4, 5, 6, 7 - 4-night All Inclusive Package at Resort

Mopan River Resort

The twelve luxurious cabanas and suites of Mopan River Resort, are nestled among a grove of mature coconut palms, and surrounded by tropical fruit trees and flowers. Each cabana and suite has beautiful, varnished Belizean hardwood interiors; and a finely thatched roof that provides exotic, tropical ambience. Cabanas are equipped with either one queen bed, or twin beds.

Package Includes: Round trip airport transfers, via air-conditioned ground transport, between Belize City and the resort, daily guided expeditions, including the Maya ruins of Tikal* in Guatemala; kayaking, canoeing, and rafting on the Mopan River; All meals, tropical cocktails, local beer and sodas; beer and sodas in the mini-bar in your room; hors d'oeuvres with cocktails every evening; marimba music twice weekly; hotel tax, sales tax, and all service charges.

*Please Note: Tikal excursion operates on Tuesdays and Fridays, only. Allow a full day for this excursion! Guide at Tikal is NOT included.

DAY 8 - Transfer to Belize International Airport for your flight home.
