three air conditioned cabanas on the beach, featuring high Belizean
wood ceilings, private bathroom with large shower, and a balcony
complete with a hammock for relaxing in. Diving, snorkeling, and
other activities and excursions can be arranged. Breakfast is complimentary
for resort guests.
The main
focus of this resort is the restaurant, named one of the best restaurants
in Central America. Enjoy meals prepared by Clarence, one of the
owners and chef. Guests will find a variety of selections, including
such features as local stone crab claws, fresh fish from local fishermen,
French crepes, filet mignon with red wine and portabello mushroom
sauce, fresh baked breads and interesting desserts.
